Best fish and chips in town
The consistency at which this place maintains is amazing. However, it is that they are consistently horrid in all regards of business and food. The owners evidently have little knowledge of customer service and running a business in the practical sense. They fail to keep up with orders, along with even getting them correct. The staff are clearly stress and not taught any skills. In combination with this, I am deeply concerned regarding the hygienic standards of this establishment. Including the improper food handling by not only employees, but senior staff/owner included. If you value your time and money, I would strictly suggest avoiding eating here, unless food that has been sneezed on is your preference.*Please do not be tricked by the good reviews, those were for the old owners, not these new owners
The absolute best Fish & Chips within driving distance of Pakenham. Homemade Potato Cakes are a must.
New owners, beware, as the potato cakes have halved in size. The old owners used to always double up on any of the potato cakes that were small. I ordered 12 potato cakes and when i got home inside the pack were 10 bite sized ones and 3 that were a little bigger. Not fair for $1 each... I called them and they said if I would like to come back they would give me 1 more... GET REAL!! You just lost a good customer.
