Rental agent took 5 days to start my paperwork, I rang on progress and asked could I please be notified a.s a.p on my application. I waited on call that never came, 3 days later I rang and asked again on the progress to be told the house had been leased to someone else. Rude Rude Rude!!! they don't care they don't care they don't care...!!! is all I can say ....
This company is the perfect company to use if you would like to sell your house yourself. Once you have signed the paperwork of purchase they sign off from the job. Settlement was the 21st of December and the last communication I have received from them was an abusive voicemail saying 'it's up to the conveyancer from here'. I hope you have a good conveyancer if you decide to go ahead with kayes. The vendors of the property have handed us the keys and taken over from Kay's. Everytime we went to an inspection it was a different agent and then when contacting an agent we would be told don't call Amanda call Jeanine. Any letters in the mail that they sent were that late we nearly missed the building and pest inspection deadline. Yet again no communication from Jeanine or Amanda. The amount of spelling mistakes in any letters from Kay's was unbelievable, they couldn't even get the number of our house correct.The whole process was hard work and it doesn't need to be. We sold our house through Harcourts and it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend using someone else unless you are prepared for the worst. And they haven't put our house on 'rate my agent' so don't be fooled by those reviews.
How about parking at the clematis and walking over to get your free advertising rather than getting out at the middle of a round about to collect your signage and wasting everyone's else's time by holding up traffic...
I had previously been with other agents in the local area in the past which I was not totally happy with. My experience to date with Christine, Lyn, Brittany in the rental department has been that they have the maturity, integrity and decisiveness to screen tenancy applicants resulting in the best applicants for my properties thus resulting in rent being paid on time. It is also reassuring to know they are extremely thorough in their routine inspections, ensuring the properties are being looked after to a high standard.They also handle all issues pertaining to my properties professionally and promptly by liaising with all parties for the duration of the tenancy. This saves things getting out of hand and I have full confidence in the rental team where I have added more properties to my portfolio and recommended other potential landlords .
The ladies in the rental department have been wonderful to deal with since the start of our tenancy. We've rented through quite a few agencies and have never found a more friendly team, who are helpful, informative and quick to respond to any inquiries/maintenance concerns. We could not be happier with the service we have received and will be sad to go now that we are moving into our own home.
