Spectacular food and coffee with great service
This is what Melbourne does best. A blend of culinary flavors. And this dish from One Fine Day @ Beaconsfield has exemplified that. The cumin and beetroot fritters is packed with flavors that reminds of my the days I spent in India sampling roadside snacks. Smothered with yogurt and served on a bed of grains and barley. Somewhere buried under the coat of yogurt lies two perfectly poached eggs. Absolutely yum. Coffee is a little inconsistent but don't let that deter you from dining here. You'll be surprised at that size of the small kitchen that churns out amazing food!The outdoor dining area has a nice ambience with overhead heater for cooler days.
Best local brunch cafe. I visit there once a week they recently changed the menu(added some new menus) which is brilliant! Love it
We all thought our mains were amazing. Beautiful presentation and healthy, wholesome ingredients. Only complaint was the cafes design means it has a wind tunnel when both doors are open and the staff couldnt manage to shut doors, we got tired of asking. We will be back when its warmer!
I actually went to daydreamers cafe. It was packed. The wait was long and the food was skimpish for the price, but it did taste good.
