I walked in seeing the 4.5 review but was quite disappointed with the pedicure service. I walked in with cracked heals and came out with the same cracked heals with just a washed look. They didn't quiet hear my request for the callus removal as well.On the good note they gave their customers a bottle of water which was kind of them. Overall disappointed with the pedicure sercice.

Loved how my nails turned out! The nail technicians took their time and made sure I was happy with my nails.

My first time at this salon tonight and got there at 5:45 pm and was told that there will be a 30 minutes wait as it was busy (did not mind). Came back after 30 minutes and waited again for another 10-15 minutes. Two ladies rushed through my nails as it was closing at 7pm. I asked if they do nail designs/art she said no but I can see on the website that they do. Anyway, after washing my hands, there was still the colour around my nails. Showed it to the lady and she said it will come out in the shower (it did not, had to use acetone at home remove it!!!) She did not offer to clean it up with acetone. I was charged $50 instead of $55 because of the wait. I did a full set one colour SNS (number 140) so not sure about the price. I thought it would be $45 but anyway. The price is not an issue when great service is offered. In this instance, it was not a good experience at all. Very disappointing for my first time there. I would rather they told me to come another day instead of asking me to come back, wait and rush doing my nails. Not sure of I should go back...
