I've done business with MJ Maling and Associates for years, both on a personal and a business level and have been extremely satisfied. From management to administrative staff, everyone is on the ball and very thorough. It's certainly refreshing these days to find the type personalised service you receive from this firm.
Worst experience to date! Extremely drawn out process, 9 weeks between the initial visit until I was able to sign the papers. Within these 9 weeks I had one phone call returned out of approximately 6. According to the ATO they deposited my refund to this firm on the 02/11/15. The firm did not deposit into my account until 20/11/15. So from late June to late November to carry out a simple tax return.I suggest finding out the total cost your invoice will amount to before you are left scratching your head with a $400 bill and a refund that wont even get you a weeks worth of groceries. I have had a better experience at H&R BLOCK sadly.
